The Blood Sickle is one of the Berserker's tier 4 weapons. It is an edged melee weapon that can be switched between Short Range and Long Range modes. Short Range mode is faster but deals less damage. Long Range mode is slower but deals more damage and has a greater reach. Alt-fire triggers a double-swept attack.
Blood Sickle is a DLC weapon. In offline solo play this weapon is only available for players purchased it from the in-game store or owners of Armory Season Pass 2, however should the player owning this weapon join a public server it is become available to everyone as shared content.

- This weapon works fine with Berserker's Smash skill (and Massacre too, and all the other skills), but tracers left by its blade do not change their color to blue unlike other on-perk melee weapons.
